+ under no circumstances may you use my art for generative ai purposes or prompting.

+ you may make personal merchandise using my art, but please do not sell it. this applies to non commissioned work as well. please purchase commercial rights if you wish to sell products.

+ highly complicated designs may be subject to a small fee.

+ edits are okay in the sketch stage, but only minor edits are available after inking.

+ i do not offer refunds. in the event you are unhappy with your commission, please let me know and i will happily fix it for you.

+ you may not use my art to promote any kind of hate speech or bigotry.

+ use of art in streams, websites, or anything of the sort is okay without credit for commissioned work, but credit is appreciated.

+ please notify me if you do not wish for your commission to be used in my portfolio (watermarked).
